Our current wines available (in no particular order) are:

Passion Fruit White Zinfandel ($11.00) Our White Zinfandel is styled to accentuate this varietal's fresh, berry-melon charm while retaining a crisp well balanced acidity - in order to enhance its broad range food compatibility. Brilliant honey/coral in color, The passion fruit we chose adds a brilliant taste of Strawberry and mango. Very big bouquet. Every thing you would expect from a White Zinfandel and the a little bit more.

Blueberry Pinot Noir ($11.00) Sideways meets the high bush country. One of our retail clients said this wine "Blue" her away, it was that good. We agree. The Pinot Noir is exactly as you would expect. A slight kiss of sweetness with a delightful nose of cherry and spice. the blueberry flavor is slightly understated, yet comes through softly and subtly. An almost perfect blend.
Will age well in the bottle.

3 Berry Shiraz ($11.00) Boysenberry, Blackberry and Raspberry. See the reason for the 3 berry name? Layers of each berry add to the appeal of our 3 Berry Shiraz. One of our best sellers and always on the verge of selling out. We try to make as much as we can, but it never seems to be enough. Try at your own risk, Most people buy it by the case.

Black Raspberry Merlot ($11.00) Black raspberry folded gently with a light Merlot. Not a fancy wine, instead a nice well balanced offering for those who prefer their wine slightly sweeter. As we were bottling this wine 3 different clients came in and we offered them a taste from the bottler. We sold 3 cases that day. This wine is really a fun wine to have for the Holidays.

Kiwi pear Sauvignon Blanc ($11.00) Gold Medal winner at the Florida State Fair. Take the crispness of Sauvignon Blanc and a slight Kiwi flavor and lots of Bosc Pear flavor. There is no mistaking the delight of this wine. Drinks very soft and gentle.

Peach Apricot flavored Chardonnay ($11.00) A round chardonnay blended with the fruit flavors of peach and apricot has brought us one of our most popular wines. The silkiness of the chardonnay (without any oak) is enhanced with a fuzzy peach flavor Lower in alcohol and lighter than most of our wines, this wine is also called our "Hot Tub wine". Perfect for the Florida climate. (750ml)

Mango Semmilon ($11.00) A delightful blend of ripe mango flavors combined with the grapefruit, peach, banana and papaya aromas of the Semillion Grape. Slightly sweet and very appealing to the nose. 750ml

Green Apple Riesling ($11.00) The flavor sensation of biting into a crisp, crunchy green apple, with a pleasant tartness followed by a delicious juicy finish, Natural apple flavors blend perfectly with the lively apple notes that are one of Riesling's delightful trademarks. Clean, cool and crisp - a wonderful balance of apple flavor with slight acidity and firm character of the Riesling.

Chardonnay '04 ($11.25) Our Chardonnay is filled with the sharp signature of the chardonnay grape: pear, pineapple, citrus, green apple. The wine has a wonderful aroma of flowers. The wine was fermented with french oak chips to create the hint of smoked wood in the nose. 750 ml

Cabernet Sauvignon '04 ($14.25) A Classic Cabernet... Janine's favorite wine. A little Cabernet Franc to soften the "Noble" grape. Lots of ripe cherry with a medium toasted oak background. Lots of Chocolate, tar, leather and tobacco .This is styled more along the lines of Paso Robles area of California rather than Napa. The wine is approachable and drinkable now. 750 ml

Merlot '03 ($12.25) The wine has lots of cherry fruit flavor and it is pleasant to drink already. But it is graceful with medium body and surprising backbone with a spicy finish. Made in the same style as the '01 Cabernet. I feel as though it exhibits what merlot drinkers like. Soft and round with no bitter bite. Medium color and nice oak. A wine you can give away or keep for yourself. 750 ml

Ice Styled Wine ($27.00 375ml) '05 (Sweet Sunrise White) A very nice after dinner wine. Very supple and rich. A very rich overtone of sweet white raisins, plums and orange. You will love the wonderful aromas and flavors from this ice styled wine. Bottled in the classic Balisima (long tall clear bottle) 375 ml. We have been sampling this wine at the winery recently. Almost everyone is buying a bottle. A total of 1430 bottles available of this limited edition wine. Each is hand numbered. It is a bargain at $27.00.

Cabernet Franc Ice Styled Wine ($27.00 375ml) '05 Sweet and tart at the same time. Classic Cab Franc flavor. The first taste reveals a supple sweetness. The second taste unfolds the delicate flavor of the Cabernet Franc grape. We have made this wine to take a little bottle aging. It may last 5-10 years. Thus rewarding those who wait. $27.00.

Sweet Sunset Red ($12.00 375ml) I have been waiting for this wine to finally reach its potential. Over a year in the tank on French oak, has allowed the smoky flavor to come to the forefront. We normally do not sell this wine, since it is blended with our Pinotage to make Signature Red. However, this wine is too good to blend. We hope you get a chance to try this wonderful example of a Port Styled wine. It will sell out quickly.

Premium Cuvee ($10.00) slightly sweet with a very interesting style. Similar to Korbel We purchase this wine in California already bottled.
